🌙 The Golden Hours (Days 1–7):

You just brought a whole human into the world—now it’s time to rest and recover. I help you settle in with baby, offer hands-on newborn care tips, and make sure you are cared for, too (yes, that includes snacks and naps!).

🌤️ The Settling-In Stage (Weeks 2–4):

Your baby’s starting to find their rhythm—and so are you. I’m here to help with feeding support, soothing techniques, creating gentle routines, and talking through all the emotions (because there are lots of them!).

🌸 The Stretch & Grow Phase (Weeks 5–8):

Confidence is blooming! You’re learning your baby and yourself. I help fine-tune routines, support your mental wellness, and prep you for the next chapter. Think of me as your postpartum cheerleader (with extra baby snuggles included).

As your doula, I’m here to provide emotional support, physical comfort, and evidence-based guidance during your postpartum journey. I’ll be by your side to nurture you, care for your little one, and help you feel more confident and cared for during this big transition.

But just to clarify — doulas don’t provide medical care or make clinical decisions. I don’t replace your doctor, midwife, or pediatrician. Instead, I work alongside your care team to support your body, mind, and heart — because you deserve a village, not just a checklist.

Having a doula means you’re never alone — it means having a calm, experienced presence by your side to help ease the transition, boost your confidence, and bring peace to your postpartum days. With nearly 20 years of experience, I’m honored to support growing families with love, respect, and expert care every step of the way.
